Well I have too tell you I have been discouraged lately but I have made up my mind, that I have too do me I want too be healthy and I'm going to do it, I can't let stresses get me in the way. I have hit a plateau in my weight but I'm going to step it up and add back my exercising. I know I can do this I'm doing it with God and Body by Vi! But My Heavenly Father is the one that is giving me the strength too do so!! I'm going too start reading my "Made To Crave" book back again and work through the steps.
