I bought me some Vi Trim to see what happen with it it's suppose to help you burn more calories and it has seem to be helping because with my exercise and doing my Body By Vi Shakes, eating healthy snacks in between and a sensible dinner It's making my stomach flatter.. I'm loving that, I have a long ways too go before I reach my goal, but i am committed.

I have lost 25lbs!!! Doing my Body By Vi!! I love Vi life!!

 I have started living the Body by Vi way and I had decided i didn't want to be know as a person with a lot of illnesses and on alot of meds, to the point i feel like a pharmacy. I know it's been a while since i've posted but i went to the DR and I was told by her that I've lost almost close to 30 lbs!!! I was so Happy I don't have a scale here at the house and I didn't know if I had lost, people said my face looked thinner. But I still have a ways to go!! So I've gone from 364lbs to 336lbs.

Thanks to my girl Kandi, for making this awesome blog for me I LOVE IT!! It's BEAUTIFUL isn't it!!

I'm doing well on my MTC journey and I have 3 more weeks in the bible study, I'm enjoying getting closer to God and stronger in having the "want to" too make through this New Lifestyle. It was a struggle at first but I pray and ask God to give  me strength and I make it through another day... I'm going from a person who has never exercise consistently to a person exercising everyday, I started out with 10 mins a day now I'm up too 15 mins and I'm hoping by next week to be at 20 mins and eventually 30 mins a day which is what my Doctor wants me too. My Fibro and RA try and kick my butt, but I'm learning my limitations.
