Thanks to my girl Kandi, for making this awesome blog for me I LOVE IT!! It's BEAUTIFUL isn't it!!

I'm doing well on my MTC journey and I have 3 more weeks in the bible study, I'm enjoying getting closer to God and stronger in having the "want to" too make through this New Lifestyle. It was a struggle at first but I pray and ask God to give  me strength and I make it through another day... I'm going from a person who has never exercise consistently to a person exercising everyday, I started out with 10 mins a day now I'm up too 15 mins and I'm hoping by next week to be at 20 mins and eventually 30 mins a day which is what my Doctor wants me too. My Fibro and RA try and kick my butt, but I'm learning my limitations.

I'm doing a online bible study with a book by Lysa TerKeurst titled "Made To Crave" I don't know if you have heard of this book. It has seemed to help alot of people with  weightloss and a closer relationship with God. I didn't want another diet book, because I had been through that, I wanted something that would give me a deeper relationship with my Heavely Father and not with Food. Now I don't over eat, I don't eat I don't eat breakfast or Lunch(sometimes and that's rare) and I eat Dinner/Supper. So my body tends to want to hold on to everything I put in my mouth. As I said before I'm surrendering to God Everything I have, Everything I am, Because i can't do this on my own. I hope you will continue to follow me on my Journey.

I surrender totally to you Lord, I can't lose this weight by myself I NEED your help..Please Help me!! I'm surrendering all aspects of my life, not just the financial but everything part of my life..I surrender my whole self. In Jesus Name I pray ..Amen.

My heart want too be in losing weight, but a part of me is afraid. I've had this "thick" skin I call it, for almost half of my life and i don't know what it would be like too part with it. It has been such a comfort at times, but a nusiance at the same time. I want too be healthy and I want too live for a long time, Lord willing or until he comes back for us. So it's God's strength I'm depending on too help me through this. He is my inspiration..I also have a celebrity inspiration also. Mandisa she looks wonderful, as she says if she can do it, I know i can do it.
